I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The beach was beautiful and the view from the dining room was stunning, but the overall service and dining quality left a lot to be desired. It felt old and outdated, and the language barrier made interactions with the staff quite uncomfortable. The prices for water were outrageous, and I did encounter some cleanliness issues in the room. Overall, it wasn't what I expected from a place that claims to be a four-star resort.
Our stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The beachfront location is absolutely stunning, providing beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious and clean, but unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired, especially during breakfast. While the hotel offers decent amenities, the overall service could use improvement, particularly in understanding guests' needs and preferences.
The hotel boasts absolutely breathtaking views from the rooms, but unfortunately, that's about where the positives end. While the location is stunning, the rooms are in dire need of maintenance, and the beds are incredibly uncomfortable. The dining options are not great and the service leaves a lot to be desired, especially with a rude staff and noisy guests. Overall, it feels like the hotel is not worth the price they charge.
I had high hopes for the Tri Trang Beach Resort, particularly given its beautiful location right by the beach. The seaview rooms are truly stunning, and the beach is peaceful and quiet, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short due to a lack of attention to maintenance, poor food quality, and unhelpful staff. Still, if you can look past these issues, the views are worth every bit of the price.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is tucked away at the end of Patong, offering a peaceful beach, but the atmosphere was quite isolating with an overwhelming presence of Russian guests. While the views from the dining area were stunning, the service was lacking and the food did not impress. Overall, it felt like the hotel had not lived up to its potential, particularly regarding service and dining.
